CV MY INDO COMMODITY is a company that operating in the coffee sector in a few years, founded by a man named Muhammad Rosyidi Hardhi. Our company supplies Arabica and Robusta coffee in the form of green beans, roasted beans and ground coffee. Our coffee business started in 2008 where our focus at that time was to supply the domestic market, in the same year we exported 200 tons for the first time to South Korea until 2010. Until 2022 we decided to establish a new and legal company called CV MY INDO COMMODITY to return to supplying coffee beans domestically and internationally. In 2022 we will also export to Bangladesh, Turkey and Oman and in 2023 we export to Iran. Currently we are also developing new products, namely cigars with local varieties in Indonesia.

Arabica and Robusta Coffee as Potential Investment
The Indonesian coffee sector is large, internally diverse and scattered. Production is dominated by an estimated 2 million smallholders living in often remote villages located right across the archipelago—with different coffee regions showing variations in terms of production systems, environmental conditions, product quality, post-harvest processing, and value chain structures. This distinctive geography poses challenges for logistics, for supporting improved technologies, and for developing cohesive industry organizations. Common to most of the coffee-producing regions are circumstances of low yields, weak farmer organization, and limited government support—as coffee has hitherto not been regarded as a crop of strategic importance. In just one year we were able to achieve sales of more than $300,000 which we used to develop our coffee.

Indonesia’s fertility is a miracle and a blessing in itself. How could it not be, even though many types of plants are not actually endemic, after being planted in Indonesia’s tropical natural environment, it turns out that the quality of the results is no less than when the plants were cultivated in their country of origin.
Beside coffee business, tobacco is one of Indonesia’s best export commodities. We are currently developing our new product, namely cigars made from quality tobacco. We are confident that our cigar products are based on local wisdom and can compete for taste quality with other countries.
